This assessment has been designed to meet the requirements of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, which stipulate that the firm's Senior Responsible Office (SRO) is required to undertake mandatory training outlining the duties and responsibilities of their role. This assessment has been developed by the scheme manager for the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
The training must be completed within 6 months from the date when the practice is notified that it has been assessed as suitable as a result of the application process and CQS scorecard analysis.
Assessment Format
Designed for the individual this online assessment is accredited for 0.5 hours CPD.
The assessment consists of 15 questions and you should ensure that you are familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Responsible Officer by reading all scheme documentation before taking the assessment. You should pay specific attention to the following:
• CQS Scheme Design
• Practice Agreement
• Frequently Asked Questions

In order to pass the assessment you must achieve a mark of 80%. Your answers will be marked online as soon as you submit them.
The course will automatically be added to your personal Record area once your online payment is complete ready for you to access.
You can revisit the assessment as often as you like within the 90 days you have from the date of purchase but think carefully before submitting your answers as you have only two attempts to do so.
