The webinar is presented by Stephen Mason, a partner with Travlaw LLP. Stephen is one of the top travel industry lawyers in the field of holiday law in Britain. He represents tour operators, travel agents and other travel companies, and their insurers, facing civil or regulatory proceedings. Stephen is co-author (with Professor David Grant) of Holiday Law (5th ed. 2012) the leading textbook on the subject.
He is also co-editor of the International Travel Law Quarterly, and deputy chair of TATLA (Travel & Tourism Lawyers Association). He was amongst the first batch of solicitors to acquire Rights of Audience in the Higher Courts in 1994.
